Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for launching new products in the hospital environment? Do you have experience in negotiating with hospitals and understanding the complexities of formulary processes?

Mundipharma is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Spain. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for executing the Accounts strategy, engaging stakeholders, and introducing new medications through various channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans for assigned accounts.
  • Maximize allocated budget and closely track expenses.
  • Provide critical competitive intelligence within the territory by understanding decision-making structures, key influencers, and strategic objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in launching and introducing new products in the hospital environment.
  • Experience in hospital negotiation as a KAM for pharmaceutical/biotechnological products.
  • Previous experience in hospital formulary processes is necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Autonomous and decisive professional.
  • Collaborative and teamwork mentality.

We estimate the salary range for this role to be around €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
