International Business Development Representative for Digital Solutions

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled International Business Development Representative to join our team in Athens, Greece. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Salary: The estimated monthly salary for this role is approximately 2,500 euros, plus additional benefits and bonuses.
About the Role
As a Business Development Representative, your primary responsibility will be to identify robust sales opportunities, profile prospective customers, and drive new business through various outbound campaigns. You will work closely with our sales team to create customized solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead generation and qualification
- Prospect and generate leads through outbound calling and email
- Collaborate closely with clients to create tailored sales strategies
- Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives in prospective accounts
- Achieve or exceed monthly quota of qualified leads
- Qualify opportunities and handle objections
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- An excellent command of English language knowledge
- Some experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, ideally in the IT industry
- A good understanding of cloud computing concepts, such as Google Cloud Platform solutions
- Outgoing and confident in inbound/outbound phone sales with a great phone manner
- A history of quota over-achievement
- An analytical mindset and go-getter attitude; self-motivated to achieve personal goals and goals set for the team
