Dedicated Customer Service Specialist for Italian-English Travel Support

We're looking for a dedicated customer service specialist to join our team in Athens, Greece. As a key member of our Italian-English Travel Support team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
What You'll Do- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Conduct research to provide accurate answers and solutions
- Fluent in Italian and English
- At least 6 months of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Product knowledge and computer skills
- Ability to relocate to Athens, Greece and obtain work authorization
- A competitive salary of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, based on experience
- 25 days of annual leave per year
