Director of Sales and Business Development for Europe

As the Director of Sales and Business Development for Europe, you will lead the go-to-market (GTM) and sales efforts for our entire HTS suite in the European market. This includes hiring and managing a small, highly talented team to drive sales and revenue growth.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a sales strategy that meets our ACV goals and drives the overall success of our sales efforts in Europe. You will work closely with our product, finance, and design teams to ensure that our sales methodology and collateral are up-to-date and aligned with our latest practices.
To succeed in this role, you must have a passion for travel and hospitality, as well as a strong understanding of the European market. You should be a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of meeting quotas and achieving revenue targets. Experience in B2B sales, particularly in the travel industry, is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy for the European market
- Lead a small, highly talented sales team to drive sales and revenue growth
- Work closely with product, finance, and design teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness
- Meet or exceed ACV goals and revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the European market
- 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in the travel industry
- Proven track record of meeting quotas and achieving revenue targets
- Strong understanding of the European market and its dynamics
- Ability to develop and execute a sales strategy that meets ACV goals and drives revenue growth
