Business Development Director Opportunity

We are a leading expert in the Beauty Retail Sector, with a strong presence in Europe. Our team has a deep understanding of sales and marketing strategies that drive growth and success.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director to lead our expansion in Southern Europe, covering Spain, Portugal, and Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key retailers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead generation and client meetings to drive new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement winning strategies to expand our presence in-store and online
  • Manage budgets to achieve profitable growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximize business growth opportunities
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development within the health & beauty sector
  • Strong understanding of key regional retailers
  • High-energy, fearless negotiation and communication skills
  • A proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for beauty products
  • Fluency in Spanish & English; additional languages are a plus
