Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for the health and beauty sector? We're seeking a talented Business Development Director to lead our growth strategy in Southern Europe, covering Spain, Portugal, and Italy.

In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing business growth plans to drive revenue and market share
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key retailers, including Primor, Druni, Carrefour, Arenal, Wells, and Continente
  • Managing budgets and resources to achieve profitable growth targets
  • Collaborating with internal teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • Proven experience in business development within the health and beauty sector
  • Strong understanding of key regional retailers and market trends
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a proactive and results-driven approach
  • Fluency in Spanish, with English as a plus
