Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for health, beauty, and personal care? We're seeking a Business Development Director for Southern Europe to cover Spain, Portugal, and Italy.

In this high-energy role, you'll be at the forefront of our ambitious growth plans, driving new business opportunities with key retailers like Primor, Druni, Carrefour, Arenal, Wells, and Continente.


Key Responsibilities:
• Lead generation and client meetings to close deals with a focus on winning strategies
• Expand our presence both in-store and online, ensuring profitable growth targets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships that drive results
• Collaborate with internal teams to maximize business growth opportunities

Requirements:
• Proven experience in business development within the health & beauty sector
• Strong understanding of key regional retailers
• High-energy, fearless negotiation and communication skills
• Proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for beauty products and a hunger to win
• Fluency in Spanish & English; additional languages are a plus
