Role Summary:

As a key member of the GTT Communications, Inc. sales team, the Account Director will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding existing customer relationships. This role requires a strong understanding of the company's products and services, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.


Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted sales efforts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and revenue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of sales experience in a similar industry or role.
• Proven track record of success in driving new business growth and expanding customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
