Job Title: Business Development Director

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying new business opportunities and growing existing relationships to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business leads through various channels, including lead generation tools, LinkedIn, webinars, tradeshows, and cold and warm calls.
  • Establish and reinforce Translate Plus's position as the client's strategic language partner of choice.
  • Guide customers through the sales funnel to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular outreach to prospective customers to build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Discuss requirements in-depth, establish best practices, and next steps with customers.
  • Upsell and cross-sell services from our portfolio of services and introduce our state-of-the-art technology solutions to streamline workflows.
  • Procure and participate in client tenders and pitches.
  • Negotiate new client contracts with support from the Publicis Groupe's Legal team and the Sales Management team.
  • Log, monitor, and report on high-priority activities to Sales Management.

Requirements:
  • 7-8 years of experience in the LSP industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Industry experience in Life Science, Medical devices, Manufacturing/Engineering, or Software IT.
