As Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for securing and retaining business through professional, consultative, proactive sales activities. Your goal will be to position PPD as a primary or preferred provider for all clinical development work to be outsourced, qualifying deals and developing proposals to meet strategic company goals.

The sales territory for this role will cover key markets across Europe, including the UK, France, DACH, Be Ne Lux, and Nordics. As a flexible candidate, you can be based anywhere in Europe, provided you live close to an international airport and are willing to travel as required.
