The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Retail & Customer Experience Junior Manager to join our team in Madrid. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our retail operations, including 3 physical locations and one e-commerce store.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of our retail team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and collections aligned with our institution's values.
- Oversee financial performance, create business plans, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure compliance with internal policies and improve supply conditions.

You should have a strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and sales strategy. Salary Information
We estimate the annual salary for this role to be around €55,000-€65,000 depending on your experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary, bonuses, and benefits.
