European Sales Development Specialist

Job Description:
As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our trade partners. Your primary focus will be on increasing sales and ensuring that our retail partners have the right products in stock.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Account Manager. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer relationships, and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Engage with retail partners weekly to ensure they have the right stock and are well-informed about new product ranges.
- Advise partners on tailored product selections to maximize sales opportunities.
- Develop strong, trust-based relationships with your customers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Conduct stock checks and facilitate timely reorders of sold products.
- Seek new opportunities to expand our stockist program and ensure continued engagement from partners.
Requirements:
- Fuency in English and Dutch, plus one other European language.
- Possess a third-level qualification (e.g., degree) and a driving license.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proven sales experience and the ability to influence existing clients and drive sales growth.
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of €32,000 per year, relocation support of up to €3,200 paid with the first month's salary, profit share bonus, pension plan, additional holidays, staff discount, and Share Save scheme.
