Business Development Sales Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Sales Manager to join our team in Barcelona. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with our trade partners, providing strategic advice on product selections to maximize sales opportunities, and ensuring timely reorders of sold products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Engage with retail partners weekly to ensure they have the right stock and are well informed about new product ranges.
- Sales Growth: Advise partners on tailored product selections to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong, trust-based relationships with customers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Stock Management: Conduct stock checks and facilitate timely reorders of sold products.
- Program Expansion: Identify new opportunities to expand our stockist program and ensure continued engagement from partners.
Challenges: Maintaining regular contact and keeping customers engaged can be challenging. You will need to excel in managing your time to reach every customer consistently, making this role perfect for those who enjoy overcoming such challenges.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who is:

- Customer-Focused: Strong in providing excellent service with the ability to anticipate needs.
- Organized & Efficient: Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing time effectively.
- Possess a third level qualification (i.e., degree) and a driving license.
- Sales-Savvy: Adept at influencing existing clients and driving sales growth.
Language Requirements
Fluency in English and Greek, plus one other European language.
The Role
You will work on behalf of a world-renowned toy and game manufacturer, known for their passion in creating high-quality toys. They pride themselves on their record-breaking sales of over 500 million euros last year.
Location
This is a full-time, office-based position in our new Barcelona city centre office.
