We're backed by leading European VC funds and have raised over €20 million.Job SummaryWe're seeking a hybrid "Hunter + Farmer" Sales Representative who excels in both prospecting and managing sales while thriving in a fast-paced environment. As our Sales Ambassador for the Spanish market, you'll drive growth through sales and represent Coverflex daily.About YouWe're looking for an energetic professional with 4+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in HR, Insurtech, or Fintech. You must be fluent in English and Spanish (our internal communication language) and possess a proven track record in outbound prospecting and mid-long sales cycles (3-12 months). Key Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • 4+ years of experience in SaaS sales
  • Proven experience in outbound prospecting and mid-long sales cycles
The RoleOn a typical day, you will:
  1. Lead new and existing client engagements, driving sales and expanding our customer base.
  2. Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs to tailor solutions.
  3. Deliver compelling product demos and engage with prospects at various seniority levels.
  4. Manage your pipeline effectively using sales data and CRM tools.
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally, providing vital feedback to internal teams to shape future product developments.
Salary Range€60,000 - €80,000 per annum based on performance and experience.LocationMadrid, Spain (Remote options available)
