Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team in the Madrid area. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for growing our key customer relationships and contracting new customers in the Spanish market.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology sales, preferably in software or business applications, with a minimum of 5 years of experience. You will have a proven track record of success in net new business sales, with a consistent ability to overachieve quota and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts.
- Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned with customer business objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process through the engagement of appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners, etc.
- Territory identification and research, to formalize a go-to-market territory strategy and create a qualified target account list within 30 days.
- Share Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customers.
- Drive growth within an existing assigned account.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
- Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.).
- A strong technology sales experience (5 to 10 years preferably in Software or in Business Applications), with a preference for experience working with Universities and/or Business Schools.
- Solid sales forecasting abilities and revenue achievement in the Spanish market.
- Successful history of net new business sales.
- A background in inbound and outbound prospecting and closing of new business.
- Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals.
- Proficient in Spanish and English.
Compensation
We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience. This includes a base salary, bonus structure, and additional benefits.
