The IT Shared Services Organization provides standardized and centralized IT functions globally, supporting PTC business units worldwide. As part of this organization, the End User Support team plays a vital role in end-user computing, user enablement, customer liaison, training, and regional infrastructure projects.
The IT EUS Associate Analyst is an entry-level individual contributor position that requires continuous direction from management. In this role, you will focus on day-to-day operations and end-user requests, working closely with your management for guidance and priorities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in level two analyses when the Service Desk is unable to resolve end-user computing issues or requests.
- Conduct analysis for end-user computing needs, including primary systems, peripheral devices, and software (including labs).
- Collaborate with IT departments to coordinate problem resolution.
**Requirements:**
- Basic understanding of company end-user computing standards and architecture.
- Fluent English language skills.
