SLS Barcelona is a luxurious hotel that embodies the essence of modern hospitality. We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Agent to join our pre-opening team and provide exceptional service to our discerning guests.
Job Description:
We are looking for a professional who can provide a naturally friendly, helpful, and responsive level of service to all our guests, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dealing with arrival and departure processes, greeting and assisting guests, handling cash and credit transactions, and resolving guest complaints and inquiries in a timely and satisfactory manner.
The successful candidate will also ensure that guests receive accurate and timely information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. They will stay one step ahead of guests' needs, record and act on their preferences, and handle their messages, requests, questions, and concerns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of Front Office experience, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel.
- Previous experience with pre-opening of a hotel is a plus.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, emphatic, team-worker, with a high-level attention to detail and passion for hospitality.
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
