Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Director to join our pre-opening team at SLS Barcelona. Under the guidance of the Assistant Front Office Manager, you will ensure operational efficiency of all Front Office areas during shift and the service delivery of those areas.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deal with the arrival and departure processes for all guests, ensuring the accuracy of data in all systems.
  • Schedule, assign daily work, lead pre-shift meetings, inform and train team members.
  • Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in.
  • Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 2 years of Front Office experience, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel. Previous experience with pre-opening of a hotel is a big plus. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in Spanish and English. Additionally, you must be proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, emphatic, and a team-worker with a high-level attention to detail and passion for hospitality.
