About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Clienteling Manager to join our team at La Roca Village. As a Luxury Retail Strategist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing the Private Client strategy through high-net-worth (HNW) clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS: Establish and maintain strong relationships with HNW guests, building trust and educating them on a clienteling mindset and culture within the Private Client Services team, Personal Shopper, Retail, and Hospitality departments.
- SERVICE STRATEGY: Develop and implement a Personal Shopper service strategy into the Black Book database acquisition, working closely with Retail and the brand referral program to acquire and engage HNWI for Private Client Services and the Black Book.
- HOSPITALITY REFERRAL PROGRAM: Collaborate with Hospitality in Village Referral Program to acquire and engage HNWI for Private Client Services and the Black Book, developing alongside the PCS Director a calendar of events and activities to attract new clients.
- THIRD-PARTY RELATIONSHIPS: Build and develop relationships with third-party institutions, corporate entities, private clubs, associations, and international expat communities that target members and HNWI as potential clients for Private Client Services.
- NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES: Identify and explore new business and incremental revenue opportunities.
- CROSS-DEPARTMENTAL COLLABORATION: Foster a strong collaboration with Retail, Marketing/GKE, Hospitality, Business Analysts, and other teams to achieve shared goals.
Your Background:
To succeed in this role, you will have previous experience working closely with HNW clients, a strong network of HNW clients, a sales background with HNW clients, experience in luxury retail or hospitality, and attendance at industry functions, such as national days, cultural events, association events, and conferences, providing feedback and information on market and creative trends.
