As a Customer Solutions Professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the support they need and feel connected to our mission. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Coordinating product returns on receipt of requests from local teams or sales representatives, ensuring timely resolution and high-quality service;
  2. Resolving inventory discrepancies with the sales team, checking records, and identifying errors to validate counts;
  3. Investigating complaints to identify root causes, liaising with third parties as necessary, and closing complaints effectively;
  4. Processing no-charge product requests from the sales organization, maintaining open communication with local teams, and ensuring customer relationships are met;
  5. Working closely with relevant departments to successfully process requests for products related to clinical trials;
  6. Providing archiving and categorizing documents, EDI administration, and participating in moderately complex projects aiming to improve service quality and department effectiveness;
  7. Potentially acting as a trainer and mentor for less experienced colleagues, leveraging your expertise to drive growth and development within the team.

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years of related experience;
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • The ability to work independently, manage confidential information discreetly, and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Advanced computer skills, including MS Office Suite proficiency, and a strong understanding of JDE and SFDC systems;
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field, although not mandatory, is highly valued;
  • An ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment, navigating cultural differences across Europe, and providing exceptional customer service skills.
