Customer Support Professional for European Market

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our talented team at Zoho Corporation Europe. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a self-starter with a passion for Customer Support to gain valuable experience and grow within the organization.

As a dedicated Customer Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our European customers via phone, chat, and email. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Learning and mastering Zoho's suite of SaaS products to become a product expert
- Assisting European customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing product guidance and managing onboarding
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions
You will be working in an office environment and must be comfortable with rapid learning and adaptation to evolving product features.
