Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Contribute to the creation and improvement of support documentation, ensuring that it is up-to-date and relevant to customer needs.

Requirements
