We are looking for a Client Relations Expert to join our dynamic team at The Learning Experience #221 in Spain. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels.
Responsibilities:- Communicate with customers through phone, email, chat, and social media
- Showcase extraordinary communication skills, including listening, empathy, and personalization
- Guide customers through complex issues and provide personalized solutions
- Identify and address customer needs to escalate internally for process improvement
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and prior experience in customer-facing roles are preferred. Proficiency in German and English (B2 level) is essential. The salary for this position is around €28,000 - €38,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
