Finnish Language Banking Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking Finnish-speaking customer service representatives to join our team at Recruitment Direct in the banking sector.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a customer support specialist, providing high-quality assistance to Finnish-speaking clients of a prominent financial institution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to Finnish-speaking clients.
- Assist with inquiries related to banking services, accounts, transactions, and product offerings.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Finnish language proficiency: C1 level minimum.
- English language proficiency: B1 level minimum.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Work Conditions:
This position offers the flexibility to work from home or in our office in Athens, Greece. Relocation assistance is available for those who wish to relocate.
Benefits:
The salary for this role is €1300 gross per month, plus up to 10% performance bonus. Additionally, you will receive private medical insurance and UP Hellas (meal card or related benefit) worth €100 per month.
Estimated Salary Range: €13,200 - €15,600 per annum (based on full-time employment).
