Customer Support Specialist for European Market

Zoho Corporation B.V. is seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our talented team and be part of our exciting growth journey in the European market.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, chat, and email, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing product guidance and managing onboarding. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns and maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious professional who has a passion for Customer Support and wants to gain valuable experience and grow within the organization. The ideal candidate will have full professional proficiency in English and Spanish Language (both written and verbal), basic understanding of software programs, and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
In addition to your technical skills, we value your ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving product features. Your comfortable working style in an office environment is also essential for this role. If you have any bonus skills such as proficiency in one or more European languages, previous customer support experience, or basic programming knowledge, that's a great plus
