Customer Experience Specialist for European E-commerce

As a Customer Experience Specialist at Wewow, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our users in Germany.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced professional with native-level German and C1 level English to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to user inquiries regarding listings, account management, and transaction issues
- Guiding users through troubleshooting steps for website or app-related problems
- Reviewing listings and user interactions to ensure compliance with community guidelines and standards
- Meditating and offering solutions in cases of buyer-seller disputes
- Collecting user feedback to contribute to platform improvements and enhance user experience
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A native-level proficiency in German
- C1 level English (additional languages are a plus)
- Clear and empathetic communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
