Are you a native Dutch speaker looking for a challenging role in online banking?

We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Valencia. You'll be part of a dynamic group working with leading online banking apps, supporting customers and improving internal processes.

About the Role

This is a full-time position (39 hours/week) with a competitive salary range of 1,600 EUR - 1,800 EUR per month. You'll work regular office hours, Monday to Friday, and enjoy a range of benefits including paid breakfast and lunch, health insurance, language classes, fitness boot camps, and social activities like Friday evening drinks.

As a key member of our team, you'll support Dutch users through chat, helping them set up accounts, resolve transaction issues, identify and escalate fraud cases, and ensure overall satisfaction. You'll also play a significant role in onboarding new clients and driving process improvements.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Native fluency in Dutch
  • A bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
  • Experience in customer-facing roles
