We're looking for a Digital Service Team Manager to join our team in Madrid. This role will report directly to the Field Service Manager and be responsible for various key aspects of digital service delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entry channel of our Digital Solution Center for unplanned and planned activities.
  • Ensure end-to-end customer success for equipment with connected services.
  • Actively participate in triages using remote assistance tools, promoting discussions on addressing customer service needs.
  • Educate internal users on change management and convey frameworks within the organization.
  • Gather information to invoice remote service jobs and ensure accountability for executing the backlog of active remote service orders.
  • C Coordinate schedules and jobs for Digital Service Engineers to meet demand.
  • Train and promote standard processes for delivering services remotely.
  • Capture success stories and share them within sales companies and customers.
  • Lead the team, providing direction and adjusting frameworks according to market needs.
  • Conduct DSEs/FSEs (hybrid) employee reviews and feedback.
  • Implement strategies from GSO regarding digital service infrastructure and provide feedback to BU for product development.
  • Meet digital service market demands.
  • Receive customer feedback and lead the team to create a superior customer experience.

Requirements:

  • A technical degree and hands-on technical experience in service and maintenance.
  • Experience working on a team and preferably leading a group.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
  • Previous experience in the industry is necessary; knowledge of Alfa Laval equipment is valued.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this position is around €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
