Job Title: B2B Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled B2B Account Manager to join our Amazon Business team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of requests from strategic accounts, coordinating bulk orders, and improving business processes to support our Business Customers and Sellers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of requests from strategic accounts, ensuring timely fulfillment of bulk orders by Business Customers.
  • Collaborate with Seller Account Managers and Customer Advisors to coordinate bulk orders and improve the Buyer-Seller relationship.
  • Work on projects to enhance the long-term business Customer experience and grow the Amazon Business marketplace.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in business or account management in e-commerce or a similar industry.
  • Fluency in English and one of the following languages: Spanish, French, German, or Italian.
  • Strong data skills, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a diverse team and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and make decisions with authority.
