Amazon, a leader in e-commerce, is seeking a New Account Manager to join its Third-Party Marketplace support team in Madrid, Spain.

Your Role:
  • Identify and recruit high-potential sellers to Amazon's platform.
  • Effectively prioritize and lead a pipeline of sellers to consistently meet/exceed quarterly targets.
  • Provide business partners with data-driven insights and advice to optimize their success on the Amazon Platform.
  • Work closely with new sellers to educate them about Amazon's high standards of Delivery and Customer Experience.
  • Enhance the Chinese/Mandarin speakers selling partners portfolio.
Requirements:
  • 6 months to 2 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Management, Engineering or related degree required.
  • Fluent in English, minimum B2 (or equivalent) in Chinese/Mandarin and Spanish (additional language is a plus).
  • Strong Direct Sales and objection-handling skills, with a proven track record of performance.
