Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will lead the development and management of a profitable pipeline within new or existing customers in an allocated territory. This role involves being the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders and participating in identifying and managing growth opportunities within the accounts. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the building and management of a profitable deal pipeline within new or existing accounts in an allocated territory.
- Act as the principal liaison between customers and the company, actively recognising and supervising potential areas for account expansion.
- Take accountability for sales and pipeline generation, ensuring targets and objectives are met.
- Apply outstanding sales and negotiation skills to thrive in the market effectively.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to determine the most effective solutions for clients.
- Supervise the presales phase, ensuring flawless execution and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrated success in sales, consistently developing and nurturing customer relationships.
- Experience in pipeline management, focusing on generating and converting leads.
- Proficiency in driving development campaigns to secure new prospects.
- A trusted network of contacts in the Financial Services and Insurance business sector.
- Strong supervision skills during the presales phase, ensuring successful implementation of proposed solutions.
- Experience in critical offerings of Atos, including Digital Workplace, Cloud, and Infrastructure management.
