We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Professional Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Addmore Outsourcing Inc. The salary for this role is $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Description:The Professional Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our executive team. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and virtual events
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient scheduling
- Serving as the first point of contact for all communications
- Managing emails, phone calls, and online messages with prompt and professional responses
- Creating, editing, and formatting documents, presentations, and reports as needed
- Maintaining and updating digital records, databases, and CRM systems
The ideal candidate will have an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field and 2+ years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. They will also possess strong organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in using office software and communication tools.
