About the Role:

Fidelity Partners is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support our multidisciplinary operations. This role will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day office operations, and providing exceptional support to senior leadership.

Job Summary:

The Administrative Coordinator will function as a key member of our team, providing administrative support in various areas, including but not limited to, travel requests, professional service orders, leave authorizations, training requests, individual/mass mailings, correspondence, reports, and various forms.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the preparation of various items, such as travel requests, professional service orders, and leave authorizations.
  • Assist in the development, maintenance, and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidance documents.
  • Provide administrative, procedural, and informational resource support to staff.
  • Work with staff to coordinate program workflow, prioritize tasks, and resolve problems.
  • Perform complex administrative tasks, including word processing, information management, report preparation, publications, and communication.
  • Develop, maintain, and update spreadsheets and databases for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on activities, including professional activities, travel, and project management.
  • Prepare documents and enter information into administrative systems for recruitment, time and attendance, accessions, and separations.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources, supervisors, and staff on workforce development, payroll, and performance issues.
  • Maintain contacts database, update calendars, and track human resource activities.
  • Provide guidance to staff on federal guidelines and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a college degree or a high school diploma and four years of related work experience.
  • Ability to perform complex administrative tasks, support senior-level staff, and possess advanced computer skills.
  • Knowledge of personal computers, including experience in using word-processing, spreadsheets, and database software.
  • A fully qualified typist required.
  • Excellent writing, grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.
  • Ability to work well with all levels of management and staff.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision options, as well as outstanding career growth potential.
