Job Title: Administrative Operations Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Operations Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and services to our clients, ensuring seamless execution of projects and excellent customer experience.
About the Role
This role involves administration tasks such as document structuring, index creation, blacklining services, and other project-related tasks. You will also be responsible for Data Room Management, including the creation, management, and archiving of data rooms. Additionally, you will assist in creating data collection reports for customers and internal purposes, execute accurate document and user security, and provide 1st and 2nd level user support via various communication channels.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 1 year of experience in administrative tasks and MS Office with a focus on Excel. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential. Fluency in Italian, English, and Spanish is required, and multiple language skills are welcome.
Compensation Package
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
