Administrative Operations Coordinator

The Administrative Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our team's administrative aspects. This position requires a high level of quality and accuracy in all tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish new matter files on our file management system, including scanning of papers and diary entries for file reviews.
- Handle all basic procedural checks and actions on new files, ensuring timely distribution to Claims Handlers.
- Conduct conflict searches on new files internally and document findings.
- Pursue information related to cases as required.
- Assist Claims Handlers and Supervisors with daily tasks.
- Take responsibility for basic financial administration and transactions related to cases, including producing invoices and managing accounts queries.
- Maintain accurate management and client information, adhering to client protocols.
- Generate monthly reports on cases for client review using Excel and renewal reports as requested.
- Perform post-completion administration, including archiving closed files.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Educational attainment of GCSE level or equivalent with minimum C-grade passes in Maths and English.
- Previous experience in an administrative capacity is essential, preferably within a professional services environment.
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with database systems is advantageous.
- Excellent keyboard skills are a must.

- Enthusiastic and flexible, willing to contribute to team efforts.
- Able to work effectively under deadlines and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Confident in your oral and written communication skills.
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum
