About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Worldwide Recruitment Energy. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day office operations and providing administrative support to senior leadership.
- Manage office supplies, resources, and services to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and external service providers to maintain efficient office operations.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and workplace safety standards.
- Organize and manage office equipment and workspace to promote productivity.
- Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents required for key meetings and projects.
- Act as a liaison between the leadership team and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential communications with professionalism and discretion.
- Plan and organize corporate events, team meetings, and special activities.
- Support budget management and handle office-related billing.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires and promote a positive workplace environment.

Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
