About the Role
Fidelity Partners is seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Bethesda, Maryland. As a key member of our administrative support staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Job Summary
The Senior Administrative Coordinator will provide advanced administrative support to our management team, including coordinating meetings, preparing travel arrangements, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to senior management team members, including scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence.
* Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, including arranging logistics, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, financial records, and other sensitive information.
* Prepare and distribute meeting materials, reports, and other documents as needed.
* Serve as a liaison between management and other departments, providing information and assistance as required.
* Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by senior management team members.

Requirements
* 4+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
* Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management team members and other stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Salary and Benefits
