Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Fidelity Partners, a leading provider of medical, technical, logistical, and administrative services to the federal government and commercial clients.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating the day-to-day office operations, including problem and conflict resolution, organization, and prioritization of tasks.
  • Responding to written communications and updating staff calendars.
  • Ensuring staff attendance at meetings, coordinating meeting materials, and setting up remote and live meetings and events.
  • Reserving conference space, ensuring room availability, and managing communication applications.
  • Developing work products and documents related to special projects, requiring research and data entry into government databases.
  • Analyzing data, creating spreadsheets, graphs, and presentations using software such as Excel, Access, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Assisting with daily clerical and administrative operations, collecting mail, distributing it to staff, and answering the office mainline.
  • Completing initial reviews of incoming correspondence, identifying missing documents or information, and typing various documents in final form.
  • Maintaining electronic filing systems and SharePoint sites, exercising sound judgment in safeguarding confidential information.
  • Ordering office supplies, services, and equipment, performing other clerical and administrative duties assigned by senior staff.
Requirements
  • Possession of a college degree or high school diploma and four years of related work experience.
  • Ability to perform complex administrative tasks, support senior-level staff, and possess advanced computer skills.
  • Knowledge of personal computers, word-processing, spreadsheets, and database software, as well as good writing, grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.
  • Able to conduct computer searches for program-related information, type accurately, and work well with all levels of management and staff.
Benefits

Fidelity Partners offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision options, paid time off, sick leave, and 11 paid federal holidays.
