We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Coordinator to join our team as a trusted member of the Ambassador's office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work in a diplomatic environment.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Ambassador's daily agenda, coordinating with Spanish authorities and institutions, and performing other administrative tasks.

  • Manage the Ambassador's daily schedule and program.
  • Communicate with local authorities for incoming delegations and meetings.
  • Assist in organizing official events and meetings at the Chancery, Mission Residence, and other locations as directed by the Ambassador or Head of Chancery.
  • Maintain contact lists for meetings and exchange of gifts.
Administrative Duties

In addition to these responsibilities, the Administrative Coordinator will perform various administrative tasks, including:

  • Obtaining accreditation cards and airport passes for Mission officials.
  • Printing monthly invoices for utilities, insurances, fuel, etc.
  • Liaising with domestic help and gardener.
  • Liaising with medical insurance agencies.
  • Performing any other work assigned by the Ambassador or Head of Chancery.

This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary package, commensurate with experience.
