Business Development Representative for South African Market

We're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team in Barcelona, focusing on the South African market.
Job DescriptionAs a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and executing strategic growth opportunities related to our partner ecosystem. Your key responsibilities will include developing ROI-based business models, gathering business intelligence, and performing competitive analysis to uncover new opportunities.
You will also be tasked with helping to market effectively and measure the success of our operational and strategic plan for both Software and Cloud environments, cross-industry and customer segment.

What You'll Do- Identify and execute strategic growth opportunities related to our partner ecosystem.
- Develop ROI-based business models to evaluate opportunities.
- Gather business intelligence and perform competitive analysis to uncover new opportunities.
- Help market effectively and measure the success of our operational and strategic plan for both Software and Cloud environments, cross-industry and customer segment.
- 1-3 years of business development experience in enterprise software sales preferred.
- Experience in ERP, Digital Supply Chain, Human Resources, Customer Experience, Data Management, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning.
- Industry knowledge: Manufacturing, Healthcare, Governance, Education, Retail, Wholesale, Fintech, Transportation.
- Interpersonal skills: passion, curiosity, collaborative working style, active listening, empathy, innovative and extra mile mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Computer Science required from an accredited university MBA or advanced degree in related discipline preferred.
- Conversational fluency in English (Mandatory).
