Business Development Representative for Lenovo French Market

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our Lenovo team in France. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for selling Lenovo products, services, and solutions to clients through inbound and outbound phone calls.

Your primary goal will be to uncover new business opportunities, develop relationships with key customers, and drive sales to achieve revenue and profitability objectives. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your strong communication and negotiation skills to build trust with customers, identify areas of improvement, and propose customized solutions that align with their business goals.

You will also be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process, including configuring, pricing, negotiating, and quoting sales solutions. Your ability to learn and present hardware portfolios to customers will be essential in driving sales and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build complex sales strategies to ensure both long- and short-term goals are met
  • Develop and cultivate client relationships with new and existing customers while achieving profit and revenue objectives
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process for up-sell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Ensure that customers receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
  • Participate in monthly/quarterly business reviews to identify opportunities and risks of churn and build action plans
  • Work within corporate initiatives to reach high-performance goals

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience
  • 4-5 years of successful Inside Sales experience
  • Strong relationship, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ambitious, persuasive, proactive, goal-oriented, well-articulated, and possess sound phone skills
  • Good problem-solving skills, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in a quota-carrying sales environment
  • Native/Fluent French and business English; any additional European language is a plus

Estimated Salary: €50,000 - €70,000 per annum (depending on experience)
