We are an all-in-one HR Software fast-growing company. Our mission is to help SMEs automate their HR workflows, centralize people data and make better business decisions. We are looking for a Business Development Representative for the French Market to play an important role in the development of this market.
The Role
- Prospecting, strategising and qualifying leads with Account Executives
- Engage with prospects via high-volume cold-calling, networking, email, e-marketing campaigns and social outreach
- Coordinate calls and meetings between qualified leads and Sales teams
- Create your own strategy to seek and analyse prospect information online to leverage in sales efforts
- Analyse prospect business needs, understanding processes, determining requirements and ascertaining potential solutions
- Confirm client needs, develop initial client profiles and help build personalised solutions
- Collaborate with multiple teams
Your Profile
- Fluent in French and English
- Previous customer-oriented experience: sales, customer satisfaction, project management and similar experiences are highly valued
- Hungry, persistent and ready to hustle
- Strong organisational skills with extensive use of CRM tools
- Fearless to pick up the phone and speak with a prospect
- Team player and self-motivator
- Strong verbal and writing communication skills
- Ready to work in a fast-paced, less corporate startup environment
- Crush your goals and have fun while doing it
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of €50,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as comprehensive health insurance, flexible working hours and opportunities for professional growth and development.
