Job Description

Resilient Co is an all-in-one HR software company that aims to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) automate their HR workflows, centralize people data, and make informed business decisions. As a Sales Development Representative for the French market, you will play a key role in the development of this market.

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can help us achieve our growth objectives. If you are passionate about sales, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and qualifying leads through high-volume cold-calling, email marketing, social outreach, and networking.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to coordinate calls and meetings between qualified leads and account executives.
  • Analyze prospect information online to leverage in sales efforts and create personalized solutions for clients.
  • Develop initial client profiles and confirm client needs to build effective solutions.
Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Previous customer-oriented experience in sales, customer satisfaction, or project management.
  • Hunger for success, persistence, and a willingness to hustle.
  • Strong organizational skills with extensive use of CRM tools.
  • A fearless attitude when picking up the phone to speak with prospects.
  • Team player and self-motivator qualities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A readiness to work in a fast-paced, less corporate startup environment.
