We are looking for a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our Preply Inc. team and drive growth in the Polish market.

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to help us grow the Polish market. You will be responsible for increasing the number of outbound activities with the purpose of scheduling meetings with potential clients. Other duties will include market research, developing regional prospecting strategies and pitches, and identifying new business opportunities. The position will report to the SDR Team Lead of the respective region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Have detailed knowledge of Preply Enterprise offerings
  • Identify pain and understand the needs of the potential clients based on ICP criteria
  • Reach out to prospects through various channels (following Preply Sales playbook guidelines) to schedule meetings for our Account Executives
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the Account Executive in prospecting and strategizing big accounts
  • Schedule meetings with outbound leads to support the Sales team in attaining quarterly revenue goals
  • Qualify new leads using our own sales qualification framework and learn MEDDIC methodology to ensure leads meet the criteria required to move forward in our sales funnel

Requirements:

  • Fluent Polish and English
  • Proficiency in cold calling, email personalization, and being multi-threaded across different channels
  • Demonstration of strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management at prospective accounts
  • Empathy, curiosity, attention to detail, business mindset, and friendliness
  • Good self-organization and time management skills
  • Motivation to develop your skills and grow your career

Salary Range: €45,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience
