**How You'll Make a Difference**
In this role, you'll generate new business meetings and opportunities in the DACH market through a multi-touch outreach approach. This will involve phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn interactions. You'll research full buyer maps on accounts and engage with stakeholders using the most relevant approach.
You'll establish rapport and maintain regular contact with prospects who aren't yet fully qualified. Additionally, you'll expand and maintain the company's prospect database, ensuring accurate records of sales activities in Salesforce.
**What Will Make You Stand Out**
To excel in this position, you'll need a successful background in inside sales, business development, or lead generation within the DACH market. Strong experience in B2B lead generation is also essential. You should be a confident negotiator and influencer, able to liaise with C-Level Executives.
A proven ability to identify, contact, and cold call prospects and customers is crucial. You'll be skilled in professional communication with business leaders, both via email and phone. As a self-starter, you'll work independently and as part of a team, being tenacious, hungry, and competitive in nature.
Your attention to detail and organizational skills will allow you to manage your time effectively and work to tight deadlines. Native German language proficiency is required, and experience with Salesforce.com, Outreach, and/or SalesLoft is beneficial.
