About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Sales Team in the DACH market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new business meetings and opportunities through a multi-touch outreach approach.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct research on full buyer maps and engage with each stakeholder using the most relevant approach.
• Establish rapport and maintain regular contact with prospects that are not fully qualified.
• Maintain and expand the company's prospect database.
• Record all sales activities accurately in Salesforce.
• Plan and carry out direct sales activities to agreed targets and KPIs.
• Support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with a successful background in inside sales, business development, or lead generation within the DACH market. You should have strong experience within B2B lead generation and be a confident negotiator and influencer. Native German speakers are highly preferred.
