Dynamic Business Development Lead for the DACH Region

International People Solutions is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive sales growth in the DACH Region. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders within target industries, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets by generating new business opportunities and maintaining a robust pipeline.
- Cultivate potential customer relationships through effective prospecting activities, including cold calling.
- Communicate enthusiasm and value propositions to customers and colleagues, demonstrating exceptional communication skills.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1+ years of experience in prospecting and closing deals as an individual contributor within the performance marketing industry.
- Excellent English language skills, with fluency in German required.
- A proven track record of success in new sales, particularly in digital sales.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate your enthusiasm effectively.
As a member of our team, you can expect:
- A competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
- A generous holiday allowance of 25 days per year.
- The option to work remotely or be based in Barcelona, Spain.
