Job Summary

As a Regional Business Development Representative for Institut Straumann Ag, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding market presence within a designated geographic region for polymer-based medical devices and ortho products. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, sales acumen, and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's global footprint and drive revenue growth in the polymer-based medical devices and ortho products sector.
- Identify target markets and clients for business development initiatives within the polymer-based medical devices and ortho products industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target companies in specified region(s), particularly in the polymer-based medical devices and ortho products sector.

Key Skills

- Excellent understanding of the medical device and ortho products industry, including regulatory requirements and market trends.
- Strong business development and sales skills, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
- Ability to navigate complex global markets and develop strategies to penetrate new territories while mitigating risks.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
- 3+ years' experience in business development and sales, with a strong background in the medical/orthodontic industry.
- 3+ years of experience working with polymer materials and a solid understanding of their applications and properties.
