Job Title: Business Development Executive - German Market
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in Madrid or Barcelona. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities in the German and English markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing new business opportunities in the German and English markets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners
- Identifying potential clients through market research and networking
- Negotiating and closing deals to achieve sales targets
- Collaborating with the marketing team to generate leads and promote products/services
- Providing high-quality customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and market developments
- Preparing reports on sales performance and market analysis
Requirements:
- Fluency in both German and English languages
- Proven experience in business development or sales role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Desired Experience:
- Experience working in a multicultural or international business environment
- Knowledge of the German and English business markets
- Previous experience in a B2B sales role
- Experience using CRM software for managing client relationships
- Ability to travel for business meetings and conferences
