Job Title: Business Development Executive - German Market

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in Madrid or Barcelona. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities in the German and English markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing new business opportunities in the German and English markets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Identifying potential clients through market research and networking
  • Negotiating and closing deals to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to generate leads and promote products/services
  • Providing high-quality customer service to ensure client satisfaction
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and market developments
  • Preparing reports on sales performance and market analysis

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both German and English languages
  • Proven experience in business development or sales role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Desired Experience:

  • Experience working in a multicultural or international business environment
  • Knowledge of the German and English business markets
  • Previous experience in a B2B sales role
  • Experience using CRM software for managing client relationships
  • Ability to travel for business meetings and conferences
