About the Role:
- Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Enhance client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and promote a positive experience.
- Meet key performance indicators and sales targets.
- IDentify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Norwegian plus a good understanding of English.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or account management is a plus but not essential.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and willing to contribute to team success.
